Dancing with the Sacred
A Meditative Movement Practice.
May 2nd at The Lodge Mittagong 4 – 5.30pm
This is a practice offering the opportunity for your being to dwell in the artistry of sacred space. An experience of movement, breath and stillness guided by invitations to observe, witness, pause, connect within, notice patterns, follow movement impulses and curiosities, empower choice and cultivate deep presence. A space created for you to perceive and respond to the field of your nervous system, your inner knowing, your intuition and to move with your energy, your breath, and your whole being.
This will be an exploratory, meditative practice to encourage consciousness out of the mind and ease it into the intelligence of the body. To nurture the life force flowing through your blood and bones, cultivating your sense of creative aliveness, artful awareness, and connection to your innate wisdom.
Please bring a water bottle and wear layered clothing enabling you to move freely and be warm.
No experience of movement or meditation necessary. All welcome.
It is my intention to create as safe and inclusive a space as possible for all. In order that I can best support you, if you have or are currently experiencing any particular needs, medical or otherwise that you would like to let me know about before the practice, please reach out in an email to me at elizabeth@elizabethryan.com.au.

Himalayan Breathwork & Kriya
Himalayan Breathwork and Kriya is a vast system of practices to support the evolution, growth and transformation of our beings along the path of life. With an integrated and holistic approach rooted in the Himalayan Yog Vedantic tradition, I was initiated into this particular system by Cass and Marcus Hamill of The Sattva Life with the blessing of Anand Mehrota, the founder of Sattva Academy, Rishikesh.
Sattva – is a quality of balance, clarity, goodness, purity, serenity and positivity.
With thanks and gratitude to my teachers Cass & Marcus Hamill and to Anand Mehrotra.
