Elizabeth brings a wealth of experience across diverse healing arts, wellness modalities, and transformational practices. With a foundation in dance, she has spent decades deepening her understanding of the body and human experience through performance, teaching, and a wide array of embodied practices.
Her extensive training spans Massage Therapy, Energy Healing, Ritual and Shamanic Arts, Yoga, Meditation, and Sattva Himalayan Breathwork and Kriya facilitation. This integrative approach allows her to hold intuitive, artful spaces that support nourishment, transformation, and deep connection.
Elizabeth offers bespoke group and individual classes, workshops, retreats, and 1:1 sessions, each tailored to meet participants where they are—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Dance) from the University of Western Sydney. Based in Sydney and the Southern Highlands of NSW, Elizabeth lives and works on Gundungurra Country, honouring the wisdom and custodianship of the First Nations people.
